This 8-week journey is designed to help you reconnect with your inner self as you navigate life's changes and transitions with more ease and grace. Enjoy gathering in community with practices like gentle movement and restorative yoga, breathwork, sound, sharing in pairs and with the wider group (optional), journaling, meditation and relaxation. Perfect for women at a time of midlife awakening or who are questioning 'how did I get here?' 'what now?' or 'who am I?', offering a safe, supportive space and time for reflection, self-discovery and growth.

This Journey Includes:
- 8 weekly connection circles with guided practices and group sharing in our beautiful studio in St Kilda Cambridge

Investment: $45 per week, includes full access to all studio classes. Members are free, please reserve your space. Non-members join up for membership on or before 28 April for the 8 week duration and are able to cancel anytime after 16 June or continue on to experience the benefits of ongoing membership.

About Erin
Erin is a compassionate and intuitive teacher, dedicated to guiding women on their journey of self-discovery and healing. With over 20 years of experience in yoga, breathwork, bodywork and holistic wellness, Erin creates a nurturing and empowering space where women feel safe to reconnect with their inner selves. She brings a depth of wisdom to her practice, having supported countless individuals through life transitions, emotional healing, and personal growth.
Erin’s understanding runs deep because she has walked this path herself, she intimately understands what it feels like to be shut down, stuck and alone. Now in her 51st year, her own experiences have shaped her ability to lovingly hold space for others, and she’s committed to making sure every woman in the group feels seen, heard, and supported. Erin believes that midlife is not a crisis but an awakening-a time to pause, reflect and reimagine the life you truly want to live. Her warm and authentic approach fosters a safe space for women to explore their own stories, embrace their strengths and move forward with clarity and confidence. She is passionate about helping every woman find her way back home to themself, no matter where they are on their journey.
