A midweek practice of integration, check-in and realignment in the comfort of your own space.
This practice weaves together yoga and functional movement and gentle strength and balance work to support you in moving well and feeling well. Grounded in strength and stability, each session incorporates fascial release and lymphatic techniques to relieve stagnation, reduce fluid retention, and enhance natural flow throughout the body. With a focus on pelvic floor health, we cultivate strength from within.
Alongside this, you’ll be guided into moments of slowing down, softening and deep rest through breath, restorative practices and self-care. This is where your mind quiets and your body begins to process, settle, and make sense of the week so far. You’ll have the opportunity to explore with awareness, awakening what’s ready to emerge while staying deeply connected to your body.
Anchored in the themes of both being and becoming, this session blends it all together, so you can move forward feeling more clear, grounded and aligned.
