Enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea and meaningful connections with other like-hearted women in community with each other, then tune inwards into your body with grounding restorative yoga and self-care practices, using conscious breath as an anchor to presence and deep rest. Includes the option to receive hands-on compassionate touch and aromatherapy to feel like a mini-retreat experience with this unhurried 1.5 hour session.
