Set amongst the beautiful artwork inside Raglan Photo Gallery, lies a relaxed space for community and connection. Everything is provided here - comfy mats, blankets and bolsters, just bring yourself. Although all women are welcome for our in-person classes in Raglan, they are especially resonant for women navigating the transitions of midlife and beyond.


The Art of Being offers a safe, nurturing space for women to slow down, release tension, receive support and reflect on where they are at, with gentle, themed guidance.


Enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea and meaningful connections with other like-hearted women in community with each other, then tune inwards into your body with grounding restorative yoga and self-care practices, using conscious breath as an anchor to presence and deep rest. Includes the option to receive hands-on compassionate touch and aromatherapy to feel like a mini-retreat experience with this unhurried 1.5 hour session.


Limited to just 7 women, allowing for a more personal experience. Meet yourself in stillness and learn to go beyond the noise of the mind into the wisdom contained within this co-created sanctuary.
