Join a friendly lunchtime session with Erin designed to help you reset without rushing or pushing.
Go at your own pace, with choice given to tailor your experience. Expect gentle strengthening, mobility, balance and intuitive movement woven with breath connection and relaxation to calm your nervous system and clear your mind.
We will also be toning from the inside out with a focus on pelvic floor health along with fascial release and lymphatic drainage techniques to help the optimal flow throughout your body, supporting your body to support you now and into the future.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, awake and refreshed - energised for the afternoon and weekend ahead.
Suitable for all levels. Especially supportive for busy minds and sluggish bodies.
