This fortnightly circle is open to women of all ages who want some time and space to pause and reflect. Enjoy a blend of optional sharing over a warm cuppa, conscious breath, gentle movement, guided meditation and relaxation in community with like-minded women. Unwind in this safe, supportive space as Erin gently guides you within to release tension and cultivate mental clarity, peace of mind, and meaningful connections with other women. This session ends with a deep relaxation that nurtures the mind, body and soul.
