Join us for a special laughter yoga class to celebrate World Laughter Day and embrace your playful, joyful side!

Erin is a trained laughter yoga facilitator and will guide you through a blend of playful movement, sound and breath exercises to energise you and improve your mood. This session will finish with gentle stretching and guided relaxation to integrate all the benefits beyond the mat.
Non members: regular class payment
