This circle is open to women of all ages, coming together in community and may be experiencing change, loss or are wanting to deepen their connection to their passion, purpose or true Self.
Enjoy a blend of optional sharing , conscious breath, sound, gentle movement, guided meditation and relaxation in the company of like-minded women. Unwind in this safe, supportive space as Erin gently guides you within to release tension and cultivate mental clarity, peace of mind, and meaningful connections with other women. This session ends with a deep relaxation that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.
