Take the time to journey inwards, breathe consciously and connect with the present moment. Includes meditation and yoga nidra (guided relaxation). A restorative class aimed to target deeper tissues of the body, leaving you feeling calm, rested and deeply connected. This therapeutic form of yoga.is practiced in a circle with blankets and bolsters to help you lean into support.As a trauma informed practice, choice is given as to what will feel the most nourishing.
