FLOW YOGA
A yoga class with flowing sequences merging with conscious breath, strength and balance.
In this class you'll be moving from postion to position to create warming energy in the body and find your flow.
As you move through your practice you will release stress and tension and become fully present within your body. 
An accessible class that feels nurturing and loving to the body, you will come away from the mat feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Who this class is best for:
Those wanting to stretch and strengthen. Perfect for those days when you want to move your body with strong holds and flowing yoga combos.
