Take the time to journey inwards, breathe consciously and connect with the present moment. Includes meditation and guided relaxation. A restorative class with longer held gentle releasing floor-based stretches, leaving you feeling calm, rested and deeply connected. This therapeutic form of yoga is practiced in a circle with blankets, bolsters and blocks to help you lean into support. As a trauma informed practice, choice is given as to what will feel the most nourishing.
