Find freedom and fluidity in body and mind as you connect breath and movement in this gentle flow class. 
As you warm up the body and gently move through your practice you will release stress and tension and become fully present within your body. 
An accessible class that feels nurturing and loving to the body,  you will come away from the mat feeling refreshed and revitalised.
