Lay down the foundations of physical and mental wellbeing in the teenage years and have the resources and resilience that will support you through life.

Our course is designed specifically for teens and provides a supportive and welcoming environment for young people to develop healthy habits and life skills to cope with the daily challenges they are confronted with. You’ll learn a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques that will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll also learn mindfulness and relaxation practices that will help you reduce anxiety, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.

We will also explore how to build a positive mindset, regulate emotions and learn tools to increase confidence and self-belief and how to connect more easily with others.  A journal is included in this course for notes and reflections.

Led by Erin Fairgray, experienced yoga and wellbeing teacher and Claudia Laschet, clinical hypnotherapist and trauma informed coach.

Classes are on Wednesday afternoons at 4.00-5.00pm 
The series starts 15 May and finishes 19 June 2024

Once the series pass is purchased, we will automatically book you into the 6 classes. No need to bring a mat as all props and mats are provided.

No prior experience is needed. We look forward to meeting you and flourishing together!
