In this 5 week block, we'll gently guide you from hesitation to confidence on the yoga mat and the benefits will also extend to your everyday life. Focusing on the essentials of yoga; breathwork, posture alignment, foundational poses and relaxation, each week builds on from the last. Whether you are new to yoga or want to re-visit the foundations of this mindful practice in a safe and supportive environment, we would love you to join us!

Classes are on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm 
The series starts 13 March and finishes 10 April

Once the series pass is purchased, we will automatically book you into the 5 classes. No need to bring a mat as all props and mats are provided.

Whether you're seeking increased flexibility, strength, mental clarity, or a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, this series is your perfect introduction. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open mind and the desire to explore.
