Are you looking for a fun and engaging way to improve your physical and mental wellbeing? 

Our course is designed specifically for tweens and teens and provides a supportive and welcoming environment for young people to develop healthy habits and life skills to cope with the daily challenges they are confronted with. You’ll learn a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques that will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll also learn mindfulness and relaxation practices that will help you reduce anxiety, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.

We will also explore how to build a positive mindset, regulate emotions and learn tools to increase confidence and self-belief and how to connect more easily with others.  A journal is included in this course for notes and reflections.

Led by Erin Fairgray, experienced yoga and wellbeing teacher and Claudia Lauchet, clinical hypnotherapist and trauma informed coach.

Classes are on Wednesday afternoons at 4.00-5.00pm 
The series starts 14 February and finishes 20 March 2024

Once the series pass is purchased, we will automatically book you into the 6 classes. No need to bring a mat as all props and mats are provided.

No prior experience is needed. Recommended for ages 10-15. We look forward to meeting you and flourishing together!
