Challenge yourself with power flow yoga, creating strength through holds and flow. This class incorporates breath and strength for more of a more challenging yoga class. (previously named Power Flow Yoga)
Who this class is best for:
If you've tried yoga before, have a pretty good level of fitness and want to break a sweat. These classes are different every time so they will be fun and challenging!
