Challenge yourself with energising flow yoga, creating strength through holds and flow. This class incorporates breath and strength as a great way to start your day feeling energised and ready to conquer the world. 
Who this class is best for:
If you're new to yoga or have tried yoga before, this class offers an assortment of challenges. These classes are taught for those who need to leave at the 45 mark to make it to work on time OR can stay for the full 60 minutes.
