VINYASA FLOW YOGA 
Yoga, but let's work up a sweat!
In this class, you'll be moving from one pose directly into the next i.e. getting your heart rate up nicely!
It's a faster pace, more challenging yoga class.
You may even find muscles you’ve never felt before!
Who this class is best for:
If you've tried yoga before, have a pretty good level of fitness and want to break a sweat. These classes are different every time so they will be fun and challenging!
