Midlife Awakening - An 8 Week Personal Mentoring Journey

Midlife is one of the most significant  turning points in a woman's life.

Erin believes that midlife isn't a crisis-it's an awakening; a powerful invitation to honour your own unique journey, come into a deeper relationship with who you are and create a life that feels aligned with the woman you are becoming. 

This personalised 8-week mentoring journey is designed to accompany you through midlife transitions and times of questioning by Erin who understands this territory intimately because she has lived it. Helping you connect with your resonant truth as you navigate life changes and stages with more ease, clarity and self-trust.

Through a unique combination of meaningful conversation, gentle movement, restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, journaling and guided relaxation, you'll be supported to slow down, listen to the wisdom of your own body and reconnect with the woman you are becoming.

Perfect for women who find themselves asking, "How did I get here?" or "What now?" this is a safe, space to pause, reflect, rediscover yourself and move forward with renewed conviction.

Unlike a group course, each session is tailored to where you are, allowing space to explore your unique experiences, challenges and hopes, while also offering the invitation for connection with a wider community of women through The Art of Being Sunday gatherings in Raglan.

About Erin

Erin Fairgray is a compassionate and intuitive trauma-informed teacher with over 20 years of experience in yoga, breathwork, bodywork and holistic wellbeing. She is dedicated to guiding women through life's transitions, creating nurturing and empowering spaces for women to feel fully seen, heard and supported.

Erin's understanding is deeply personal because she has walked this path herself. Having experienced significant life changes and health challenges, she knows what it feels like to be shut down, stuck and disconnected, and what it takes to gently find your way home to yourself again. These experiences have shaped her ability to hold space with warmth, empathy and authenticity, 

As your guide for Midlife Awakening - An 8-Week Personal Mentoring Journey for Women, Erin will walk alongside you with compassion, offering gentle yet deeply transformative practices that reconnect body, mind, breath and spirit while helping you trust your own inner wisdom and find your way forward with renewed hope and purpose.

$555 for the full eight-week personalised mentoring journey (or $75 weekly for 8 weeks).

  • Eight personalised weekly coaching sessions in Raglan or online via Zoom.
  • Unlimited access to all Flourish weekly in-person and online yoga classes and The Art of Being Sunday gatherings in Raglan throughout your eight-week journey.
