Our in-person sessions for women are small gatherings that allow for genuine connection and a personal experience. Everything is provided, just bring yourself exactly as you are.

The Flourish Community Membership includes unlimited access to our in-person monthly gatherings in Raglan and weekly online yoga classes, plus bonuses:

Flourish Women's Gatherings - Held the 3rd Sunday of each month, 5.00-6.45pm, inside Raglan Photo Gallery
An intentional gathering for women to pause and reflect on and share their own inner truth.

Embodied Awareness Yoga - Thursdays 9.30-10.30am, Online

A conscious practice of breath, movement and stillness, bringing the realisations from the yoga mat into a more easeful and aligned flow through life.

The notes from each monthly Sunday gatherings and access to the replays of the online yoga classes will be shared with all in The Flourish Community, regardless of whether you are able to attend or not, so you are always part of the journey.
