Holistic Bodywork 1:1 with Erin

As a trauma-informed yoga teacher and bodyworker, Erin supports people to experience a safe space of presence in their bodies and minds.

Conscious breathing, intuitive movement, nurturing touch and relaxation unravels physical, mental and emotional tension, allowing access to the healing power of our own innate wisdom and bringing deeper connection and clarity into our lives. 

Sessions include a blend of gentle embodiment practices, acupressure, craniosacral balancing, reflexology, joint release and gentle rocking. Sessions are held while wearing loose-fitting clothes on a comfortable massage table.
